The hotel was ideally situated in a busy area near unloading cargo on the street out front and Island Line metro as well as the tram line. The room we had included satellite television, climate control and an individual safe.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the old district and we were able to easily reach all the attractions we wanted to visit. We had a fantastic stay at the Connaught. Our apartment was incredibly spacious, perfect for a group of 2, 3, or 4 people. the bed was comfortable and the room was flexible, with a great window ledge that made for a unique sleeping arrangement. the kitchen was well-equipped and the bathroom was spacious and great. the service provided by the staff was outstanding, they were very friendly and accommodating. the location was also superb, close to the MTR and only a quick taxi ride or Airport Express train journey away from the airport. We highly recommend the Connaught, especially for pet owners as it is very pet-friendly.

The free chocolates and champagne they gave us for the New Year were a nice touch. the hotel was located near a lot of restaurants and bars, which made it easy to celebrate. the room was spacious and had a great view of the city.

The cleanliness wasn't up to par. There were stains on the sheets and hair in the bathroom.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning. We could see the harbor and the western side of the city, which was perfect for us to explore. The room was also incredibly spacious with a whole big window, and the bed was comfortable. We especially liked that the hotel offered free self-laundry facilities, which was great for us as we had been traveling for a while.

One of the worst parts was that we had to park at a public parking garage that was a one-minute walk away from the hotel. we didn't like that the hotel didn't offer us dressing gowns or a mini-bar;

Our family of four had a delightful stay at this spacious hotel. Quick access to the airport was convenient especially with little ones. the subway to the nearby shopping mall was also a plus. the rooms were filled with all the amenities needed including a fantastic coffee machine. the service at this location was top-notch, always responding to our needs. the view was an added bonus, which made the morning wake-ups worthwhile.

We did notice some stains on the walls and areas that were not cleaned properly upon our arrival.
